Risk Management
Planning
Following
the risk assessment and risk profiling, Risk Point assists clients
in managing risks in their business. This is done through the
development of the risk management plan (RMP). The risk management
plan is customised and provides the timeframe and resource allocation
for the treatment of all risks unacceptable to the business.
Risk Treatment
Plans are developed to transfer, minimise (mitigate) or avoid
risks that are unacceptable. As each client has a different risk
appetite, or ability and desire to retain risk, the risk treatment
planning process is customised to meet each client’s requirements.
A communication
plan is developed to manage the communication of the risk management
programme to all stakeholders, from members of the Board, to all
staff in the business.
The monitor
and review processes are then planned to ensure that the risk
treatment plans are deployed, and that any new risks that arise
over the passage of time are identified and analysed.
