Risk Management System Review

Risk Point conducts risk management system reviews across a range of industry sectors. RISKVIEW^® is a service provided by Risk Point which evaluates an organisation’s risk management system against the Australian and New Zealand Standard 4360:2004. RISKVIEW^® is a combination of questionnaire and consulting services designed to evaluate the performance of the risk management system. It benchmarks an organisation’s system and processes and provides a gap analysis for business improvement. RISKVIEW^® provides an output which indicates the level of conformity to best practice Standards.

After the RISKVIEW^® questionnaire has been completed it is analysed by Risk Point. Through our specialised software, the data is analysed and a report generated which includes a profiling graphical output. In addition to the performance profile clients receive a detailed report with findings and recommendations. The report can be used to inform stakeholder groups about the level of performance of an organisation’s risk management system.
